52 Assignments – Black & White – #36 All A Blur

Introduction
This assignment was full of tips about aperture and shutter speed when creating blur and had lots of useful references on what shutter speed to use when (eg walking speed, trains and so on).

Discarded Shots
I tried a variety of apertures and shutter speeds – after using shutter priority I then balanced the settings manually. My first two tries the aperture was too big so I got white frames. A fail, but a learning one – Not really interesting enough to put below but it happened!

Some shots that weren’t my favourite for the assignment:
Photo 1 – This one I liked, but there was no focal point that remained stationary, if I was to do this again I’d choose something in the middle as a focal point
Photo 2 – This was an accident as someone stepped in to shot but I thought it was kinda fun but It wasn’t quite right

Favourite Photo
This is my favourite photo from the task. It’s my favourite as the person with a bag looks like a ghostly apparition.

Kit Used
Camera – Z fc
Lens – 16-55mm
